3. Responsibility for Files and Designs
3.1. The client represents and warrants that they own all intellectual property rights for all files submitted.
3.2. USABRAZ3D is not liable for any infringement resulting from the use of files provided by the client.
7. Return and Refund Policy
CUSTOM PRODUCTS: Not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects reported within 7 days.
