No Returns for Change of Mind
Custom-made items are not eligible for returns due to buyer's remorse or change of mind.
Manufacturing Defects
Must be reported within 7 business days of receipt with photos. We offer free reproduction or a full refund.
Client Design Errors: We offer a 30% discount for reprints in case of errors in files provided by the client.
Ready-Made Shop Products
Eligible for return within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Condition: Must be unused, in original packaging, including all accessories.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
Shipping Damages
Refuse Delivery: If packaging is visibly damaged upon arrival.
Concealed Damage: Contact us within 48 hours of discovery with photos.
